When a business purchases Campground Master for a property, the purchase includes the license to use the software at that business,
updates for 1 year, initial support when setting up, and continued free support for minor issues thereafter.
If ownership or management changes such that the same people who learned the software are no longer the ones using it, then
we are not obligated to continue free support, particularly if it involves issues such as transferring the data to another computer,
training new people on the use of it, setting it up again or changing the setup. We also cannot support old products.
In other words, while the license to use the software continues to be owned by the original business, technical support is not transferable.
Also note that the license belongs to the business, not an individual -- so it is not transferable to another business.
Therefore in order to provide support for new users of the software, we require that the software be brought up to date (purchase an upgrade
if necessary), and if more than minimal support is required then we may also require a transfer/re-training fee. See the fee schedule below.

Upgrade from a previous version, and continued updates for 1 year
(Only required if purchased or last upgraded more than 1 year prior to this release.)

Note: If it has been more than 6 months since your updates subscription has expired, you will also
need to pay any difference in cost between the current version and your previously licensed version.

Automatic CD-ROM delivery of all updates, for 1 year
All updates within one year of purchase (or annual upgrade) are free to download from our web site.
If you prefer to have them shipped to you on CD-ROM, order this option so you don't have to download the updates.
(This includes shipping and handling for the update CD-ROMs, for one year.)
Note: We typically have 2 to 3 updates available per year, and this one price includes all of them.

New management training / license transfer If you change ownership or management of the business and the new staff requires
significant instruction on using the system (i.e. "beginner" support all over again),
then we reserve the right to charge a "license transfer" fee to cover this, in addition
to requiring an upgrade to the latest version.
Note: This only applies to the same business, and assuming the database is already
set up for that business. The Campground Master license is not transferable
to another park or business.
